That's awesome - quite an achievement. So are you doing the skinning on the CPU or in your GPU shaders? Did you already get animation blending going too?

Oh and how's your knee?

Skinning is on the GPU. Written in DirectX HLSL. The animation system is bare bones right now. It just plays an animation currently but I'll add a manager for handling animation banks, scripting and blending later.

The layer manager is my major task right now and it's coming along nicely. I'll put up another video of that in the near future.

The knee is healing nicely. Thanks for asking. Good to hear from you.

BTW, I got a job at Stardock. I start Monday. I'll post about it later. IM me sometime when your not busy. We'll chat.
